风华正安徽 | 花山：马鞍山的根脉，烟火里的幸福

薛家洼里春潮涌，濮塘竹海夏鸟鸣。

最是花山秋月夜，秀山湖畔冬雪晴。

在长江之畔，有这样一座城区：她承载着霸王项羽“马鞍化山”的古老传说，又涌动着长三角一体化的时代脉搏；她珍藏着三千年的历史记忆，又书写着现代化城区的发展传奇——这里就是马鞍山市花山区，一座传统与现代交相辉映的魅力之城。

1 这里的美，藏在历史人文的肌理

三千年前的商周遗址，见证了岁月的变迁，古朴厚重的船墩遗址跨越时光，仿佛在诉说着古老的故事。西楚霸王项羽的神骏乌骓马在此化鞍成山，赋予“马鞍山”这一地名不朽的传说。

这里不仅是城市变迁的见证者，更是红色基因的传承地。1938年，在濮塘的上空，升起了马鞍山江东地区第一面党旗，那鲜艳的红色如同一道曙光，照亮了黑暗中的大地。新四军作战指挥部的旧址，宛如一座历史的丰碑，默默地记录着那段峥嵘岁月，每一块砖瓦都铭刻着革命先烈的热血与担当。庄严肃穆的烈士陵园里，“江东星火”的荣光熠熠生辉，无数英雄烈士在此长眠，他们的精神激励着一代又一代的花山人奋勇前行。

指尖翻飞，省级非遗“花山剪纸”勾勒出锦绣中华的万千气象；脚尖腾跃，“花山打莲湘”舞出步步生花的灵动韵律；刻刀游走，“非遗竹雕”以竹为纸，以刀为笔，将古朴神韵与匠心温度细细雕琢。

在“花山剪纸”省级非遗传承人张学华的工作室里，记者看到了她的最新作品——依托凌家滩遗址文化创作出的一组玉人、玉鹰、玉龙等剪纸作品，这些作品也在今年世界制造业大会上呈现。“最近我看到青铜器上的纹样，比如云雷纹、蟠螭纹等，我觉得太美了，然后就将这样的纹样和凌家滩玉人造型相结合，创作了这一组作品。”用剪纸的手法，结合中国传统文化，张学华的花山剪纸赋予凌家滩文物更多的文化内涵。

The attractiveness here is immersed in the texture of history and culture

The ruins from the Shang and Zhou dynasties, dating back three thousand years, bear witness to the passage of time. The ancient ship pier ruins, with their primitive and heavy appearance, transcend time and tell us an ancient story. The divine horse of Xiang Yu, the ruler of Western Chu, transformed its saddle into a mountain here, giving the name of “Saddle Mountain (Ma'anshan in Chinese) an immortal legend.

This district is not only a witness to urban changes, but also a place where the revolutionary tradition is inherited. In 1938, the first Party flag was raised over Putang in Ma'anshan’s Jiangdong area, its bright red color shining like the dawn and illuminating the earth in darkness. The site of the former New Fourth Army Operations Command is a historical monument that silently records the turbulent years, every brick and tile is engraved with the passion and responsibility of revolutionary martyrs.

In the solemn martyr cemetery, the glory of the "Jiangdong Spark" shines brightly, and countless heroes and martyrs rest in peace here. Their spirit inspires generation after generation of Huashan people to move forward bravely.

2 这里的美，漾在自然生态的画卷中

清晨的花山在鸟鸣与晨光中苏醒。薛家洼生态园里，一江碧水澄澈如镜，鱼群浅底跃动，飞鸟蹁跹掠影。岸边千亩杨树林竞相吐纳着翠意，与一江碧水共同谱写出生机盎然的绿色诗篇。

步入濮塘风景区，仿佛走进了一幅流动的山水长卷。百亩荷塘中粉荷亭亭，莲香浮动，采莲人轻舟穿梭，宛然水乡诗意。白母园内一株千年银杏巍然矗立，秋时叶落如金，为大地铺就璀璨华毯。转入竹林小径，万亩竹海碧波荡漾，修竹挺拔，步履沙沙，呼吸间尽沁竹香。

人间烟火气，最抚凡人心，来濮塘赏秋，不得错过老街的美食。每天现做的黄氏鱼丸，吸引着远近食客前来品尝，在节假日，甚至每天可以卖出四五百斤。同一条街上的卤味“九龙一绝”，也是很多在外的马鞍山游子最怀念的味道。

信步在秀山湖公园，脚下青石画桥蜿蜒，身旁杨柳依依拂岸，鼻尖萦绕着四野花香，目之所及有彩蝶翩跹，蜻蜓点水留下一圈圈细碎的诗意。花山的山、水、城、乡浑然一体，勾勒出人与自然共生的美好图景，正是长江生态保护最生动的诠释。

Huashan awakens to the songs of bird chirping and the early rays of sunlight in the morning. In Xuejiawa EcoPark, a river of clear water is like a mirror, with schools of fish swimming in the shallow water and birds hovering overhead and casting their shadows on its surface.

The poplar forests, which covers thousands of mu of land along the riverbank, compete with each other to provide an even greater sense of awe with their lush greenery. Together with the clear river water , they form a poetic, vibrant green landscape.

After entering the Putang Scenic Area, you may feel as if you are stepping into a flowing landscape scroll. In the hundred-mu lotus pond, countless pink lotus flowers bloom amid wafts of fragrance. Lotus pickers shuttle around in light boats, creating a poetic scene reminiscent of a water town. In the Baimu Garden, a millennium-old ginkgo tree stands tall, its leaves falling like gold in autumn and creating a brilliant carpet on the ground.

The aroma of food cooking is the most appealing for people. When you visit Putang in autumn, you mustn’t miss the delicious food on the old street. Freshly made Huang's fish balls are prepared every day, attracting diners from far and near to taste them, and during the holidays, the eatery can sell four to five hundred pounds per day. The braised meat on the same street, acclaimed as "the cream of the crop”, is something that many locals working outside Ma'anshan miss the most.

3 这里的美，跃动在经济发展的脉搏上

作为马鞍山融入长三角的“桥头堡”，花山区创新活力持续迸发。全省首个千P垂直算力中心上线，已服务客户400家；云钠科技、深策云控等上下游项目接连落地，推动产业集聚。

低空经济领域也比翼齐飞，靓马科技政务航空平台升级运行，景泓无人机投产运营；中国电子（花山区）新质生产力产业聚集区完成集中签约，数字低空产业园用地顺利交付。凭借年度营收超200亿元的亮眼成绩，马鞍山软件园位列全省第一，先后斩获安徽省“软件名园”殊荣，获评全省首批通用人工智能产业创新示范园区。

商业活力同步提升，花山区刮起“首店旋风”。小红岛、京东奥莱等品牌首店纷纷进驻。创客+文创园、体育路夜市、星悦广场等地昼夜繁华，尽显市井烟火与发展活力。山鹰、十七冶等龙头企业引领行业风向，在智能化、绿色化、集群化的道路上稳步前行，一幅产城融合的澎湃画卷正徐徐展开。

The attractiveness here leaps with the pulse of economic development

As the “bridgehead” for Ma’anshan’s integration into the Yangtze River Delta, Huashan District continues to unleash its innovative vitality. The first vertical computing power center with a capacity of 1000P has gone online in the province, serving 400 customers.

Upstream and downstream projects, such as Uniner Technology and Shence Cloud Control, have been successively implemented, further promoting industrial clustering.

At the same time, the commercial vitality is increasing, and the "first store whirlwind" is sweeping through Huashan District. Brand stores such as Xiaohongdao and JD Outlet have opened their first stores in the district one after another. The Maker+Cultural and Creative Park, Tiyu Lu Night Market, and Xingyue Plaza are bustling day and night, showcasing the district’s market vitality and development. Leading enterprises such as Shanying and the 17th Metallurgical Group are setting the pace for the industry and advancing steadily on the path to intelligent, green and clustering development. A magnificent picture of the integration of industry and urban development is slowly unfolding.

4 这里的美，流淌在文化文明的日常里

推窗见绿、出门入园，正成为花山区居民生活的日常。在花山区真趣园，嬉戏的儿童、晨练的老人和中医文化墙前面驻足的年轻人，与公园的自然环境构成一幅和谐的画面，“300米见绿、500米见园”的愿景照进现实。

像真趣园这样的口袋公园，花山区有40余处，突出马鞍山市历史人文资源，结合乡土树种等植物元素，增添儿童娱乐、便民设施、文化宣传等设施，有效利用了道路绿地、街边空地及居住区附属绿地等零星空间，让居民生活幸福指数大大提升。

跃进路、黄梅巷等百余条道路历经新建与改造，105个老旧小区焕新颜：斑驳墙面被刷新，晾衣架、健身器材、充电桩、停车棚有序排布，居民生活更便捷。以“濮塘·怪坡旅游风景道”为纽带，铺展全域旅游发展格局。

蔓棠田园农庄等特色景点与民宿如珍珠串联；全国青少年皮划艇大赛、“三月三”濮塘庙会等活动轮番上演，持续点燃文旅消费新热潮。教育强区、健康花山、文明花山、平安花山建设扎实推进，优质公共服务如春风化雨。 2025年上半年，城镇居民人均可支配收入40614元，增长5.1%；农村居民人均可支配收入22290元，增长5.9%。

时光为卷，奋斗为笔。花山区满怀赤诚，笃行不怠，落笔青山，着墨发展，收卷民生，奋力谱写中国式现代化花山新篇章。

The attractiveness here flows in the daily life of culture and civilization

For residents in Huashan District, opening the window to see greenery and stepping out of their houses to get into a park are easy things to do. At Zhenqquyuan Garden in Huashan District, children playing, seniors doing morning exercises, and young people standing in front of the TCM culture wall form a harmonious picture with the garden’s natural environment. The vision of “seeing green within 300 meters and a garden within 500 meters” has become a reality.

There are more than 40 pocket parks like Zhenquyuan Garden in Huashan, showcasing the historical and cultural resources of Ma'anshan City. The district has greatly increased residents' happiness by incorporating local tree species and other plants into urban development. Specifically, it makes effective use of the unused plots in roadside and streetside green spaces and around residential quarters to sets up more entertainment venues for children, amenities for people’s convenience, and facilities for cultural promotion.

With hard work as the brush pen, Huashan is sincerely and persistently painting a time scroll, focusing on green development, economic development and people’s wellbeing. The district will continue its efforts to write new chapters in its modernization with Chinese characteristics.
